Booked a car movement from Bhopal to Bangalore on 20-May. Got it picked after a week delay on 26-May and commitee that it would be delivered in 6 days. On 3-Jun after a week, we called and check the delivery status, car was still in Bhopal. On 6th June, they said it has started from Bhopal and will reach Indore get another car loaded in the Carrier and leave for Bangalore after 2 days i.e on 8th Jun.
On 12th we checked again and he said, carrier is stuck somewhere in Maharashtra. We waited for 3-4 days more and on checking again, they said Carrier has to come back to Bhopal. We got out car back in Bhopal after wasting 20 days with these buggers on 16th June.
Loss- 20 days time, gave Rs1000 for fuel which we never got back. Used to get delayed response from their side on delivery status that too after calling them several times.
